Simon has over 30 years property sector experience covering premium, prime and super prime Residential Sales and Development in the UK and internationally in locations such as the United States, Spain, France, Russia, Singapore, and Montenegro. 

Simon entered estate agency & development from a previous career in business consulting & techhnology.  

His career highlights include the setup of a new 5 office premium agency in Surrey which quickly rose to be a market leader in premium homes which was sold to Spicer Haart group in 2009. The design, marketing and selling of Super Prime luxury homes in St. Georges Hill, Weybridge and Central London. Simon setup and now manages the operation of Spain’s only alternative to high street estate agency with businessman and sports legend David Lloyd.

Simon believes firmly in working with customers in a peer-to-peer basis with mutual respect and understanding. 

Simon is married to Laura and has young daughter Violet.  He lives locally and enjoys gardening, DIY and socialising when time allows.

Dave has worked within residential property since 1996, initially as an Estate agent in the South-East of England and East Anglia. He then moved into New Build Agency and headed up a New Build Team working with a variety of National and Regional PLC housebuilders for a blue-chip Cambridge based firm.

From 2010 he transitioned across to work directly for Housebuilders in Sales & Marketing roles – for the past decade at Sales Director level. This experience repeatedly delivered outstanding sales campaigns, superb presentation on site along with innovative marketing that delivers premium values and sales rates.

This longstanding career in Housebuilding has also provided Dave the benefit of access to some of the very best creative agencies, signage, sales office and show house companies all offering our developer clients the very best value. Similarly, his relationships create access to excellent residential land opportunities which creates a long-term beneficial partnership between him and his clients.

Dave, his wife and two daughters love living in the Great Dunmow area. All of them enjoy the beautiful local Essex countryside and exploring all the county has to offer.

Scott has over 30 years’ in-depth experience in the design, planning and house building industries gaining invaluable experience and knowledge especially while working within a private architects practice, followed by spending 12 years at a National House builders before setting up his own architectural studio in 2009 along with a Niche Development company – realising his goal of building new homes under his own name.  
Scott’s passion for property started when he joined a local Estate Agency on leaving School in the 1980’s which was the foundations to his property journey. Scott’s passion for architecture & imaginative design has allowed him to realise the dream of designing and building some unique and individual properties as well and larger housing schemes.
 
When Scott is not out looking for development opportunities you will find him racing around Motocross tracks or walking around fields with his beloved dog Bobi or searching for a golf ball.

Jinny qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and specialised in all aspects of residential conveyancing acting for buyers, sellers, developers and investors.

Jinny left private practice in 2019 to oversee the sales progression for the team here in Essex. With over 15 years experience in the industry Jinny has a huge knowledge of the home buying and selling process from start to finish.
